Our Tai Chi classes focus on traditional forms and are delivered in a person centred teaching style. Medical Qi Gong offers the health benefits of traditional chinese medicine combined with breathwork and body awareness. Mindful Movement sessions are free flowing with guided explorations to help the body re-calibrate and re-energise.
